Design System Updates and Enhancements.
At Epsilon, I worked on a wide range of projects, from evolving the design system to building out custom UI for desktop apps across the PeopleCloud suite. I helped modernize and expand the system so it stayed easy to use and aligned with today’s standards. Along the way, we created experiences that made the platform more cohesive and engaging for users.

- Helped modernize and expand the design system to meet evolving product needs, accessibility standards, and modern UI patterns
- Cleaned up components by fixing inconsistencies and improving usability

- Streamlined naming conventions and improved Sketch organization for a more intuitive system.

Solving the Tough Stuff
Handling Ambiguity
When I joined Epsilon, there was already a plan to improve the design system. When teams weren’t sure what they wanted, I stepped in with creative ideas and offered multiple solutions so they could pick what worked best for them.
Pivoting when Necessary
When updates didn’t work or weren’t feasible, I worked with engineers and product to adjust. We found solutions that kept things consistent without slowing the team down.
Leadership and Ownership
I led efforts to improve usability across the system. I cleaned up components and tweaked any custom components to achieve the team or clients ask. I also helped define new components that made work easier and more efficient for everyone.
